Dietary Requirements

Our chef’s table is a shared experience, with everyone eating the same menu. It’s built around what we’ve found, what’s in season, and how we choose to preserve and cook it — and that shapes the evening as a whole.


We would genuinely love to be able to cater for everyone. However, the way we cook relies heavily on certain ingredients and processes, including gluten, dairy, alliums, vinegar, sugar, and egg. These aren’t just additions — they’re part of the foundation of the dishes, and removing them would change the experience too much.


As we grow, we hope to find ways to become more flexible and welcome more people to the table.

For other dietary requirements or allergies, we’re always happy to talk things through in advance and will do our best to adapt where we can, as long as it doesn’t compromise the menu as a whole.


To give us the best chance of accommodating you, all dietary requirements must be shared at the time of booking, with at least 7 days’ notice. Requests made after this point may not be possible to fulfil.
